Bürgerdialog HessenHessian State Chancellery
The direktzu® platform Bürgerdialog Hessen was used by the Hessian State Chancellery from 2012 to 2013 for transparent dialogue with citizens. In this project period the state government regularly asked citizens’ opinions and concerns regarding certain issues. In this way suggestions and ideas on business, sport, energy, integration and research were gathered and the responses from the state were then published transparently to the citizens. The responses from the state attracted over 40,000 views on the direktzu® platform.
Energy Politics for BrandenburgThe Brandenburg Ministry of Economic and European Affairs
Throughout the year the people of Brandenburg are invited to post their questions about the county’s energy policies on the direktzu® platform Energiepolitik für Brandenburg. Issues regarding renewable energy, conventional power plants and electricity grids are answered every two weeks by the Ministry of Economy and European Affairs of the State of Brandenburg.

For over 12 years, all citizens have had the opportunity to engage in an open dialogue with the Chancellor on the direktzu® platform www.direktzurkanzlerin.de. Once a week the Federal Press Office responded to the posts that had received the most user-support through the voting function. The flood of incoming issues was thereby arranged on a democratic principle according to their relevance to the majority. The Chancellor’s platform was the first public direktzu® platform. An average of 500 users actively participated in the public dialogue every day. Up to 4,000 new registrations per year were recorded. During the lifetime of the project, the pages were clicked almost 1 billion times. More than 9,000 contributions were published, which were read 45 million times.
